Summer Family Reunion Packages

The following packages are available during the summer months (June, July, & August) for family reunions.

Week End Package

Family reunions that fall on a Friday or Saturday must take ALL of the following facilities for a minimum of 3 days at $970 per day (tax not included) that includes the following:

  • Lodge
  • Pavilion
  • Cabin 1
  • Cabin 2
  • Cabin 3
  • **Bunk house
* R.V. spots can be added to the minimum package at the prices listed below.
** The Bunk House can be added for an additional $175 per day.

Weekday Package

Family reunions that don't fall on Friday or Saturday must take the following facilities for a minimum of 2 days at $645 per day (tax not included) that includes the following:
  • Lodge
  • Pavilion
* Cabins, Bunk House, and RV spots can be added to this weekday package at the prices listed below.

Summer Lodging Facilities

The lodging facilities listed below may be available with the summer packages (as noted above) or individually.

Lodging

  • Due to the high demand of family reunion packages during the summer months (June - August), the lodging facilites listed above may not be individually rented during those months on the weekends.
  • Check-in is 2:00 pm, and check-out is 10:00 am.

Requirements

  • Menu must be pre-approved before arrival.
  • Minimum of 15 people is required.
  • Children under 4 years old 1/2 price any meal.
  • Prices do not include Idaho Sales Tax of 6%.
  • Groups of over 15 automatic 15% gratuity.

  • Summer Season: June - August.
  • Fall Season: September - Thanksgiving.
  • Winter Season: Christmas - March.
  • Check-in: 3:00 pm / Check-out: 10:00 am.
  • 25% reservation deposit required.
  • No refunds for cancellations.
  • Sales Tax = 6% (On Food).
  • Sales Tax = 8% (On Lodging).
  • Reservations accepted 365 days in advance.
  • No Smoking & No Pets in the Lodge and Cabins.
  • Reservations may be confirmed by Visa, Mastercard, or personal check.
